  I give them no stars since on Valentine's day the beautiful order my husband got for me was never delivered to me. Not only did they not deliver my arrangement but they also never bothered to call him to see if they could try to make good on it, instead they offered him 10 percent discount after he called them the next morning. Definitely ruined my day. Thanks for nothing, literally.
